The Bahrain Labour Law in the Private Sector No. (23) of 1976 was enacted and introduced many amendments for the benefit of the working class, considering the interests of employers in some cases. The law contains a set of legal rules which cannot be agreed on violating it between the worker and the employer, and the complementary regulations that can be decided on breaking it.
