COURSE DESCRIPTION 

This program aims to enhance the understanding and implementation of the top ten skills of the leader influencing his work environment, with a background to the leadership and management schools, the type of leadership in the trainees, their strengths and weaknesses, how to use and develop their data in the field of leadership. Program level develops his leadership skills based on them.

Course objective:

  • The trainee become able to distinguish between the two basic types of leadership and the advantage of each type and its impact in the institutions.
  • The trainee becomes able to analyze his personality and know the style of leadership closest to him.
  • The trainee can apply and practice heart and mental skills associated with leadership influence to make him more present and productive in the institution.
